Daren Fletcher BSc (Hons) Ost, founded Posture Dynamics in 1997.
He qualified in 1996 from the British School of Osteopathy, London and has since enjoyed working particularly in the sporting arena, from Olympic/International standard athletes to the Sunday jogger.
Daren places his emphasis on the understanding of your posture, giving the treatment and guidance you need to settle and stabilise your posture/injury.
The clinics also offer treatments with osteopaths Camilla and Amedia, who each have their own specialities of interest within osteopathy.

Amedea Incorvaia BSc (Hons) Ost Med, DO ND (OSTEOPATH)
Amedea graduated in 2006 from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, London, qualifying her as a GOsC registered Osteopath and as a Naturopath.
Whilst working in her graduate year Amedea's interest started to gear towards pregnant women and children, a passion which she followed with Cranio-Sacral Osteopathy courses and including this type of therapy in practice. Amedea works with women to prepare them for conception, pregnancy and labour. All these are approached through diet, lifestyle advice, specific exercises and Osteopathic manipulative therapy.
As Amedea works in a gym environment she also works with athletes, focusing on working with posture and core strength to optimize safer and more effective training and treats injury-related conditions.
Physiotherapy & Acupuncture
ANTONY CAUSTON Bsc (Hons) Physiotherapy & Acupuncture
Antony is a Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and Health professions Council registered physiotherapist, graduating from Brunel University, London. Antony has received extensive training in all fields relating to the treatment and prevention of musculo-skeletal conditions.
Antony also practices in Chinese medicine and provides acupuncture treatment for a variety of conditions.
Having spent time training as a physiotherapist within the Ministry of Defense and NHS; he has experienced working with clients of all activity levels.
Sports Massage and Pilates
Stephanie James has been practising sports massage since 1997 and Pilates since 1998. Working in private physiotherapy practice for seven years has given Stephanie extensive experience working with people recovering from back injury, repetitive strain injury, chronic fatigue syndrome and sports people, seeking to avoid injury. She has also been teaching Pilates in public and private sector corporate gyms for several years. She is a fully qualified instructor trained by internationally renowned Stott Pilates inc.
Stephanie is a full member of the Sports Massage Association, recognised by Sport England. This ensures that she has completed an accredited sports massage qualification (qualified with Sports Performance Ltd in 1997) and is continuously engaged in professional development.
