
Offering personal training and small group work Pilates at Posture Dynamics helps clients get the best out of their exercise whilst stabilising posture. Pilates is a great way to actively achieve results. Pilates is a form of exercise that teaches you how to use the correct muscles necessary for ideal posture and practiced regularly improves core strength, flexibility and stability. Pilates is also a great way to train body awareness and prevent injury from other sports and normal every day activities. Emily offers a friendly and fun service to clients and is able to tailor workouts that specifically work for them based on their posture type and any current injuries. Emily also teaches the Rebalance class at Posture Dynamics which is a unique express class, designed to stretch out all major muscle groups and increase core stability during the lunch break.
Emily practiced Pilates for many years before finally realising her true ambition to teach and to use her knowledge and enthusiasm to help rehabilitate and improve postures. Emily is addicted to the feeling of strength that Pilates provides her and loves to help others gain core strength, increased flexibility of the spine and the body awareness that can positively affect lives. Emily also believes in Pilates as an excellent form of exercise for Pregnant and Postnatal clients and is currently embarking on her next course to qualify her to work as a specialist in the field of Antenatal and Postnatal fitness.
Whilst not teaching or practicing Pilates, Emily loves to relax with friends and family, read a good book, travel abroad or in the UK and host (or attend!) dinner parties which involve enjoying a decent glass of red wine.
